Riveting for Structural Integrity and Alignment

The grasping jaw assembly involves a specialized riveting technique that connects the grasping jaws to an inner fine tube. Beyond simply securing the parts, this method precisely controls the orientation of the jaws, ensuring consistent alignment. This process contributes to the stability and reliability of the part, essential for its performance in sensitive suture grasper applications.

Tube End Processing for Better Insert Molding Adhesion

To improve adhesion for insert molding, we meticulously process the ends of the inner and outer tubes. This includes flattening, turning, and sandblasting, ensuring a secure bond with the molded plastic. Additionally, these adjustments help control the orientation of the grasping jaws, enhancing the durability and alignment of the suture grasper device.
