Maximum Bending Capabilities
Shih Yeh's advanced machinery allows us to bend pipes with a maximum outer diameter of 38 and thickness of 2.3 mm, although this is subject to the material's properties. We achieve tube bending precision within ± 0.05 mm, and our equipment can handle bending angles up to 190°. This high level of precision ensures that our products meet the exact specifications required by our clients, providing reliable and consistent performance across various applications.
Capable of Processing Pipes in Various Materials
Shih Yeh has extensive experience in manufacturing bent pipes and are adept at handling a variety of materials, including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and more. Each material presents unique challenges, such as the spring back effect in stainless steel pipes. Our engineers precisely calculate the amount of spring back and incorporate these parameters into the die design process. This meticulous approach ensures that the finished dimensions of our bent pipes meet the customer's exact standards.
