Our in-house capabilities cover every stage of tooling development, from tooling design and assembly to trial. Shih Yeh's core manufacturing processes include stamping and tube fabrication. Our stamping presses (3-250 tons) handle materials like stainless steel, aluminum, spring steel, and copper, utilizing progressive, single-stage, and deep drawing dies for precision production. In tube fabrication, we provide complete in-house processing, including cutting, bending, and notching, ensuring high efficiency and strict dimensional accuracy.
In addition to these core capacity, Shih Yeh offers value-added services such as CNC machining, welding, and surface treatments. Our CNC machining capabilities ensure precision in boring, tapping, and chamfering. We provide both manual and robotic welding, utilizing high-precision robotic arms for consistent strength and finish. To enhance durability and aesthetics, we offer polishing, anodizing, powder coating, wet painting, and electroplating.
